Has a movie ever affected you profoundly?

I never thought a movie could affect me but it has. And it isn't exactly an epic movie LOL.

It was "Imagine Me %26amp; You". One of the main characters was a florist. I've always loved the meanings of flowers and have appreciated their beauty. But I've never really thought about it. And for some reason I thought about it today, and realized I'd like to be a florist and would love to study Botany.

Personally I think it's also a romantic profession. ^_^

That was a brilliant movie.

"lost and delirious" affected me greaattttllly in too many ways to describe.
Reply:When I was a kid the babysitter brought over a tape to watch. It was West Side Story with Natalie Wooward. I was glued to the television. She also brought Jiffy Pop which instantly peaked my interest but once the movie started it was like BAM upside the head. Whats up with this type of predjudice then I started looking around and really noticing how petty some people can be, and how it becomes a cause as I got older, and you know what, in the long run, all this worrying about other people is so fool hardy.
Reply:awe thats really cute =D. i love that movie!! yes i would say some movies change me.

the movie that changed me the most, and helped me...is The Chlidrens Hour (1961-Audrey Hepburn %26amp; Shirley McLaine), its about 2 female teachers being accused of lesbianism, and one of the teachers realizes her feelings for the other are true. it made me realize i was bi, and that ive always felt that way, and i knew what those feelings finally were. =]]

of course there was a couple others but this one changed me for the better, and was most affective.
Reply:what the bleep do we know,-once i realised why people are the way they are,i understood and it just clarified things for me
Reply:well I have two Flags Of Our Fathers and The Kingdom I don't know why but it helped me become more patriotic for the US and actually interested me in joining the marines in the future.
Reply:yes..the color purple...my sister and i were separated..and reunited later in life..i cry every time i watch it...like 500 hundred times..
Reply:Pride and Prejudice with Keira Knightly, oddly enough.
