Does anyone know what colors are in an indian wedding?
I did a presentation while i was in college, and instead of going overboard with flowers like we americans do they love statues. They colors are like burgundy, red, and the love gold, some use blue and gold wih a sprinkle of burguny focusing on the statues. hope this helps.

Reply:Red is a sign of fertility and I've seen lots of red used at Hindi weddings. I've also seen lots of gold but I don't know the meaning behind that.
Reply:They use rich colors, such as royal blues, burgandys, golds. They also use a lot of statues. Flowers are usually to a minimum.
